This semi-detached chalet is located in the beautiful Leutasch Valley in Tyrol. There is space for up to seven people on a total of 132 m² of living space.
The wonderful landscape with countless leisure activities in every season as well as the comfortable facilities of the vacation home with its own outdoor sauna and fitness room make the chalet the perfect vacation destination.
Allocation of rooms and beds:
The chalet extends over two floors. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which comprises the open-plan living, cooking and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the cozy dining area with corner bench and large table. Here, daily cooking becomes a shared experience for young and old. The fireplace in the middle of the room provides coziness and pleasant warmth with its crackling wood. The living area with a large sofa corner, smart TV and wonderful views of the outdoors underlines the alpine ambience. Through the balcony door, guests have access to the large sunny balcony with additional seating in the fresh air. A bedroom and a bathroom with double washbasin, WC, shower and bathtub complete the rooms on the upper floor.
In addition to two spacious bedrooms, the first floor also has a separate WC and a fitness area with shower. The two adjoining bedrooms have direct access to the garden with sun terrace and seating for a nice barbecue in summer. In winter, you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountain landscape with a glass of wine.
The chalet has a total of three bedrooms, spread over two levels, each with a double bed in addition to a large wardrobe and Smart TV. There is an additional single bed in one of the two bedrooms on the first floor.
The entrance to the house is directly from the carport, which offers space for two vehicles and is adjacent to a spacious shed. This can be used as a ski (waxing) room in winter and as storage space for bicycles in summer.

The outdoor sauna offers a unique experience, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain and winter landscape through the viewing window.
Fitness oasis:
The fitness room is equipped with high-quality equipment for a comprehensive full-body workout. The room is also ideal for gymnastics, stretching or yoga exercises. After working up a sweat, you can freshen up in the adjoining shower.
