The alpine chalet is situated in a beautiful and quiet location in the Leutasch Valley, about 25 km from Innsbruck and a few minutes from the Bavarian border by car. Various tours for cross-country skiers and hikers start only 100 m from the house. The next ski areas in Seefeld or Mittenwald can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes. If you want to do without cooking for once, you can enjoy culinary delights in one of the neighbouring restaurants, which are also within walking distance. A supermarket, a bank, various sports shops, the alpine baths, the ice skating rink, the riding school and a horse-drawn sleigh stand are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached by car in a maximum of five minutes. Furthermore, there are two climbing gardens in the vicinity.
